Youth enrollment

Send the Series to a recipient.

Use the agency enrollment form when you are ready to send a young person private access to The Cool Aunt Series.

Open the enrollment form
  1. Confirm the recipient’s informationHave the recipient’s name and the email address where their private invitation should be sent.
  2. Complete the enrollment formEnter your organization details and the recipient information requested on the form.
  3. Let them know what to expectAsk the recipient to look for their Cool Aunt invitation and check spam or junk folders if it does not arrive.

Completion reporting

Manually record a Series completion.

Use this form when someone completed The Cool Aunt Series through your organization but their completion still needs to be added to the partner record.
